Travis Scott Air Max 270

Followers of our Instagram account (now closed) might recall we were the first to obtain a leaked pair of the Travis Scott Air Max 270 React, way back in Dec '19. Pleased to announce that following the recent official release, we've also got ours reps ready for sale! (And as usual, you won't have to break the bank or pay resell of upwards of $500 for these!)

Showed these off early in the new year of 2020 (Who would have guessed that 2020 would have turned out this way...) If you've ever wondered where all the early sample plugs are getting their early leaks from, now you know 🤫

Quick tour again of what goes on at our assembly line. First we have our gold-painted air max soles.

Next, we have our shoe uppers (also known as the vamp) getting placed onto wooden shoe lasts in a process known as lasting (A wooden last helps to set the shape of a pair of shoes, which is how we have very well defined sneaker silhouettes)

Properly lasted sneakers are set aside before they are assembled with the soles!

Assembling the soles with the uppers.

The average time to assemble a pair of sneakers is usually about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of the sneakers. Once assembly is completed, they are then set aside for QC inspection.

Insoles are inserted at this stage. A final round of QC checks before they are boxed up!

Once they are packed, cartons are ready to be sent to our various warehouses!
